Trichy Muthamil Kalai Panpattu Maiyam Chairman Prof.So.Sathiyaseelan, Secretary Sevai K.Govindarajan, Member writer V.Jawahar Arumugam blessed the newly married couple, Divya and Pradeep, Divya the daughter of noted popular actor and writer Rajesh. “Actor Rajesh organized the wedding of his daughter Divya with Pradeep. Rajesh and Joan Sylvia Rajesh’s eldest daughter Divya married Pradeep at a ceremony held at the St George Cathedral located at the Cathedral Road in Chennai on January 20^th, 2011. Soon after the wedding, at 4 pm, a reception has been arranged at the Rani Meyyammai Hall at Egmore at 6:30 pm. A reception was held in Thanjavur on January 23^rd, 2011 at St Peters Church.

Veteran actor Rajesh has acted in films and some of the characters played by him that still remain etched out in our memories are Kanni Paruvathile, Andha Ezhu Naatkal, Achamillai Achamillai.It's an arranged marriage.
